It was great to have the opportunity to record with some of the other guys from ICMP course last week. Any opportunity to do so is warmly welcomed, it’s great experience.
We did our own version of Jimi Hendrix’s Purple Haze. On listening back to the premixed track I think we sounded pretty good.

One of the third Year Tech guys came to The Cafe Jazz gig a couple of weeks ago and has offered to record some of my original music with my own band in the next few weeks – I’m really glad that I get to work with people from other courses.

I’ll post our Purple Haze up when it’s been mixed.
